Field Trips & Excursions Acknowledgement FormAs outlined in the University Field Trip Policy, the University (here represented by the staff co-ordinating the field trip) has an obligation to provide a safe environment for its students. You also have a responsibility to yourself and other students to take reasonable care, to comply with all instructions, to behave sensibly and to provide for yourself all necessary materials and equipment while on field trips and excursions. All undergraduate students undertaking a field excursion or a field trip as part of their course work must READ and UNDERSTAND this form and TICK the Acknowledgement boxes. Students are required to submit this form two weeks prior to all field trips or excursions that they take part in during the course of their study. If you have not submitted this form you will not be permitted to participate in the trip. Please contact Debra Miller if you have any queries. Field Trip Payments You will be notified on your student email address that an invoice for the Field Trip has been posted onto your Access Adelaide account under My Finances and then My Invoices. The details of how and where to pay as well as the due by date will all be on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in being unable to enrol or graduate until the outstanding payments have been made. You will be advised verbally or in writing of some or all of the following information before the date of the field excursion or trip:
